Join us on either Friday 17th, November or Saturday 18th, November for an exciting and enjoyable workshop focusing on Waterfalls and Landscapes. This full day course includes expert tuition and unique access to ill frequented locations in the stunning Scottish Borders allowing you to learn and practise your skills. Personalised, bespoke training is the perfect way to get to grips with digital photography and take your photography to the next level. Spaces are limited to three allowing ample time for personal attention tailored to suit your level, experience and ability.

Philip Hawkins is a working professional photographer with over 30 years experience and expertise. Author of over 100 photography related magazine articles including the hugely popular Photo Techniques - Shooting Waterfalls series you couldn't be in better hands!

Guidance Notes: This is an outdoor photography course with a moderate amount of walking (approx. 400 metres at some locations including inclines) requiring average fitness level or higher. Footwear suitable for forest/woodland tracks is recommended (walking boots/wellies) together with outdoor waterproof clothing. Key locations are wildlife conservation area's so will not be publicised in advance. Photographers will meet in Kelso and embark from there, full details will be supplied on booking. Philip is happy to provide a lift in his own car for the three photographers throughout the day or you are welcome to follow in your own vehicle. Lunch and refreshments are not included, however, there will be opportunity to utilise cafe's or bakers in Kelso at lunchtime or you can bring your own packed lunch. Philip Hawkins is responsible for photography tuition only. As with any outdoor environment it is incumbent on each individual to exercise due care and common sense. Although locations are pre-planned Philip reserves to right to alter or change in accord with weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
